POEMS: Dialogues between color and gesture

The POEMS series is born from the need to condense emotions and thoughts into small gestures of color and stroke. It consists of various series of 20 abstract works in small format (15×21 cm), created on Arches paper with a combination of ink, acrylic, and watercolor. Each piece is a fragment of an intimate conversation between matter and emotion, a visual verse that plays with transparency, opacity, and the energy of the stroke.

Through mixed media, POEMS explores spontaneity and the balance between control and accident. The ink flows, the acrylic adds density, and the watercolor dissolves boundaries, creating compositions that evoke inner landscapes, rhythms, and silences. The series aims to be a whisper in the chaos, a reminder that abstraction can also be poetry.

Imagine a vibrant wall of visual poetry: the 20 framed works of each POEMS series, arranged together, create a dynamic and immersive composition. Each piece interacts with the others through color, texture, and the rhythm of the strokes.

The white frames, subtle and elegant, allow the focus to remain on the works themselves. Whether arranged in a grid or in a more organic layout, the forms and tones flow between each other, generating a pleasant sense of movement and harmony.

As a whole, these works create an immersive atmosphere where the viewer can lose themselves in the nuances, in the subtle interactions between materials, and in the abstract narrative that emerges from the ensemble. Each POEMS series is not just a collection of 20 individual pieces but a visual chorus that transforms the space into a unique artistic experience.
